Subject: Sherrie Perry

Q: Ok. So where can I find photos of her and Stevie? I’d love to find out about their story. So sweet and sad… -MT

A: First of all I am sorry that it took me so long to get back to you. And secondly you might be able to find some on the internet, there was once quite a few on a site called Corbis but they seem not to be there anymore. Sherrie is just another engima wrapped inside a mystery that shall never be disclosed. It is hard to find pictures of them together. At one time in 1981 there was a photographer Roger Ressmeyer who took pictures of Steve and Sherrie in their home for a magazine story but I will be darn if I can remember the name of the magazine, for some reason I want to say it was People or Newsweek.

Great question! Please ask another!

Subject: Family Man?

Q: Hi! I'm rediscovering Perry. Does he have a wife and children?

A: First of all I am glad that you are rediscovering Perry and no Steve has never been married and as of right now he is not married. Of course rumors abound that he has a grown daughter and that he is a grandfather, but who knows? If that is true then I am happy for him but like I always say I will only believe it when Steve says it with his own mouth.  Great question!

Subject: Story.

Q: Just found your site and read "Holly: A Christmas Story." (really sweet story by the way) Always heard he had a daughter. How much of the story is based on fact?

A: I am glad that you found the site and that you liked the story "Holly" and the only factual part of that story would be if Steve does actually have a daughter. The rest, well, let's say it's called creative license and I just try to make it
as realistic and plausible as possible, even though it is a work of fiction. And again I have no more knowledge than anyone else and if I ever write anything and it turns out to be even alittle true, well, it would freak me out!

Great question!
